ome lucky members of the brotherhood are also given the opportunity of learning how to disgorge bottles of Champagne in the traditional manner in our cellars. This initiation ceremony allows the chosen few to taste one of our champagnes straight after its ageing process, before any sweetener is added. It is a new experience for every one of them and a treasured memory for many.
